At OrVision each product goes through a careful inspection before it’s shipped If any issue occurs under normal use our team will review your case and determine the best possible solution under our warranty guidelines

What Does This Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers technical or manufacturing defects that occur under normal use starting from the shipping date of your order

It does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse improper handling or external factors (e g drops water exposure)

Normal wear and tear or aging of materials

Issues resulting from modification accidents or unauthorized repairs

If your case falls outside of this coverage please refer to our Replacement Policy for further assistance

How to Request Warranty Service

Contact our Customer Support via our contact page within the applicable warranty period for your product

Provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will assess your request and confirm whether it qualifies for a replacement or repair under warranty

Please note: Items returned or shipped without prior approval will not be accepted under this warranty
